We are hiring across a number of exciting new projects spanning AI, e-commerce, digital content and manufacturing consultancy for a digital brand primarily available on Amazon.

We’re looking for curious, driven and hands-on individuals who are excited to learn, experiment and build in a fast-moving environment.

1. AI Dropshipping — E-commerce & Growth Associate

- Help launch and run an online store, from product research and supplier coordination to listings and customer support.
- Use AI tools to research customer needs, write product descriptions, create advertising concepts and automate routine tasks.
- Build and update Shopify pages, track orders, and coordinate shipping, returns and supplier issues.
- Test products and marketing campaigns within approved budgets; track margins, acquisition costs and refunds.
- Ideal candidate: commercially curious, comfortable with spreadsheets, a strong writer, and willing to learn through small experiments.

2. AI Dropshipping — Content & Performance Marketing Associate

- Create product videos, advertising creatives, landing-page copy and social content using AI tools and basic editing software.
- Research competitors and customer feedback to develop clear product messages and creative ideas.
- Run small advertising tests with founder oversight and improve campaigns based on results.
- Maintain a weekly dashboard covering advertising spend, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and profitability.
- Ideal candidate: creative and analytical, with sample videos or campaigns; personal projects count as experience.

AI YouTube — Content Research & Scriptwriting Associate

- Help develop an AI-assisted YouTube channel by researching audiences, selecting topics and planning a publishing calendar.
- Write engaging, well-researched scripts using AI for assistance, with human fact-checking and original editorial input.
- Develop video hooks, titles, thumbnail concepts and explicit briefs for production.
- Analyse audience retention, click-through rates and comments to improve future videos.
- Ideal candidate: an excellent writer with sound research habits, curiosity, and a portfolio of scripts or published content.

4. AI YouTube — Video Production & Channel Operations Associate

- Turn approved scripts into polished videos using AI-assisted visuals, voiceovers, editing, captions and sound.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and use properly licensed footage, music and other creative assets.
- Produce thumbnails, prepare uploads and manage the channel’s publishing schedule.
- Track production time, cost per video and audience engagement; test ways to improve quality and efficiency.
- Ideal candidate: a practical video editor with a good sense of pacing and storytelling; a small showreel is preferred.

5. Manufacturing AI Consultancy — Junior AI Implementation Analyst





- Work with the founder and client teams to identify practical AI applications in manufacturing operations and business processes.
- Map existing workflows, clean data, and build simple prototypes for reporting, document search and administrative automation.
- Use spreadsheets, low-code tools, APIs and basic Python where appropriate to connect systems and reduce manual work.
- Test outputs, document limitations and support staff training, with senior review before client deployment.
- Ideal candidate: an engineering, computer science or analytical graduate with practical automation projects and interest in manufacturing.

6. Manufacturing AI Consultancy — Business Development & Project Associate

- Research manufacturing companies and help identify operational problems that the consultancy could address.
- Support outreach, discovery meetings, proposals, demonstrations and follow-ups alongside the founder.
- Record client requirements, coordinate project milestones and turn technical work into clear business explanations.
- Help measure results such as hours saved, reporting speed, error reduction and user adoption.
- Ideal candidate: a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and an interest in manufacturing and technology.
