We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Market Research Associate to support market research, lead generation, client outreach, and business development activities. The role involves researching potential markets and clients, making cold calls, generating qualified leads, and supporting the team in converting business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, companies, and business opportunities.

- Identify and maintain databases of prospective clients and leads through online research, directories, LinkedIn, and other sources.

- Perform cold calling and outbound communication to prospective clients.

- Generate qualified leads through calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and other channels.

- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant products/services.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and calling targets.





- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate follow-up records.

- Qualify leads based on business requirements, interest, budget, and potential.

- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for further lead conversion.

- Maintain and update CRM/Excel databases with lead status, follow-ups, and client information.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry developments.

- Prepare basic market research reports, lead reports, and competitor analysis.

- Support the team in developing recent markets, client segments, and business opportunities.

- Participate in meetings, presentations, campaigns, and promotional activities when required.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
