Commercial Viability: ensuring business cases and artwork readiness with operation team for PO issuance as per the budgeted Launches.
S& OP reporting: Represent the launch vertical in Sales & Operations Planning
(S&OP;) meetings, providing real-time updates on product readiness and dispatch as per market demand.
Risk Management: Facilitate CFT reviews to address IP concerns and regulatory hurdles, ensuring all launch activities align with global compliance standards.
Slot Management: Interface with Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)
to secure manufacturing slots and align production with market demand.
Pre-Dispatch Coordination: Confirm product availability with the Operations and
Quality teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch from India.
Non-Batch size Optimization: Strategize on "non-batch size" orders by identifying opportunities to club volumes across different customers or markets to meet
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) and optimize manufacturing costs.
Post-Launch Monitoring:
Monitor the sale trend of products in-country after dispatch from India to ensure successful market entry.
Registered but not commercialised: conducting the deep dive assessments to identify the products not commercialised after the MA grant, like demand gaps,
Objective: Successfully manage and execute the end-to-end commercialization and technical transfer of new product launches across Emerging Markets in strict alignment with scheduled timelines and zero supply-side delays.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs:
1. Launch On-Time Performance: Ensure 100% of new product launches
made available in designated Emerging Markets are executed On Time vs. Plan (OTVP) as per the schedules outlined in Appendix 3.
1. Technical Transfer & Scale-Up Management: Track, manage, and hit 100%
of critical tech transfer and manufacturing scale-up milestones to proactively safeguard target commercial launch dates.
1. Supply Chain Readiness & Risk Mitigation: Maintain Zero (0) launch
delays attributable to supply chain readiness, manufacturing bottlenecks, or inventory shortages.
