- Cheking of Aerblo 3 with mandatory documents, STCW courses, License and Classroom courses
- Co-ordinating with Pool for documentation as per Travel date
- Calling Seafarer for pending documents
- Follow up with Seafarer and Pool for pending documents
- Updating all correct documents in the system
- Scanning and uploading all correct documents in the system
- Final clearing of Aeblo 3 for the joining crew who are lined up to join vessel withing one month
- Co-ordinating with License department for Flag license application
- Daily inbox cheking, clearing and uploading documents in the system
- Uploading of all joining dockets
