Position: Marathi Teacher – Primary & Secondary

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Marathi Teacher to teach Marathi language and literature to Primary and Secondary grade students. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Marathi lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach Marathi language, grammar, literature, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and other teaching materials.
- Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to make learning engaging.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, tests, examinations, and other evaluation methods.
- Monitor and maintain student academic progress and performance records.
- Provide additional academic support to students who require assistance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive classroom environment.
- Encourage students to develop robust communication and language skills.
- Participate in school events, competitions, cultural activities, and other academic activities.
- Coordinate with parents regarding students' academic progress whenever required.




- Maintain all academic records and complete documentation within the given timelines.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and other school activities.
- Follow school policies, academic guidelines, and administrative procedures.
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the management or reporting authority.

Educational Qualification
- Primary: D.Ed./B.Ed. with Marathi as a teaching subject.
- Secondary: B.Ed. with Marathi as a teaching subject.
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Marathi will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Excellent command of Marathi language and grammar.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Ability to engage students through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Good lesson planning and assessment skills.
- Patience and a student-centric approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools.

Experience
- Primary: 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Secondary: 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and relevant qualifications may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,310.54 - ₹38,876.51 per month
