- Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, and documentation procedures (DHR, PDR, NCR).
- Perform quality inspections and maintain cleanroom standards.
- Report equipment issues and support corrective actions.
- Prepare materials, review records, and support production schedules.
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate operational updates.
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Required Skills • Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Understanding of GMP/GDP practices.
- Ability to read drawings and follow manufacturing procedures.
Physical requirements/abilities
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift 25 lbs.
