- Develop and maintain PFMEA documentation for various manufacturing & assembly processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to identify potential failure modes and their effects.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and prioritize potential failure modes based on severity, occurrence, and detection ratings.

- Identify corrective actions to mitigate identified risks and improve process reliability.

- Update PFMEA documents regularly to reflect process changes and improvements.

- Create and optimize CNC programs using NX CAM software for manufacturing processes.

- Ensure CNC programs are efficient and meet quality standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining processes.





- Develop and maintain detailed work instructions for manufacturing processes.

- Ensure work instructions are clear, concise, and easily understood by production staff.

- Provide training and support to team members on PFMEA methodologies, work instructions, and NX CAM software.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

· Good Communication & Keynote / PowerPoint skills.

· Ideal candidate should have enough experience to take over current projects and quickly ramp up.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
