Role Description This is a full time, on-site Manufacturing Engineer role based in Hosur.

The Manufacturing

Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes for precision components and automated systems, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on the shop floor. Daily activities include analyzing production workflows, implementing process improvements, coordinating with design, quality, and maintenance teams, and resolving manufacturing issues to minimize downtime. The role involves preparing and maintaining process documentation,



work instructions, and production standards, as well as supporting new product introductions and industrialization of new technologies.

The Manufacturing

Engineer will also monitor key performance indicators, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant engineering and manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Processes, with the ability to optimize production workflows.
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and indepth process knowledg on precision metal parts manufacturibg bybusing CNC and VMCs
- Solid background in Mechanical Engineering, with understanding of materials, mechanics, and design for manufacturability.
- Hands-on experience with Machining operations and related tooling, fixtures, and CNC or conventional machine tools.
- Ability to perform costing of machined parts and negotiate with vendors to meet the inhouse process cost
- Sourcing of VMC and CNC machined parts manufacturers
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in precision component manufacturing, automation systems, or assembly line environments is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, and work with CAD/CAM and basic manufacturing software tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams on-site.
- Familiarity with quality systems, lean manufacturing, and safety standards in an industrial setting.
