We are setting up a new Aerospace Composites facility in India. Were looking for a seasoned leader to establish and drive the Manufacturing Engineering function.

Mission:

- Lead industrialization of aerospace composite products

- Transfer manufacturing knowhow from global facilities

- Develop robust processes & support production rampup

- Build and mentor the engineering team

Key Responsibilities:

- Facility setup, equipment commissioning, process qualification

- Product industrialization, FAI, DFM, tooling concepts

- Daytoday production support, troubleshooting, engineering changes

- Composite manufacturing process optimization

- Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, scrap reduction

- Team development & crossfunctional collaboration

Profile:





- B.E./M.E. in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering

- 15+ years in Manufacturing Engineering/Industrialization (Aerospace mandatory)

- Robust composites manufacturing expertise

- Experience in facility startup, rampup, tech transfer

- Handson, pragmatic, ownership mindset
