Role & responsibilities

- Design, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.

- Validate functional and non-functional requirements against business expectations.

- Perform Salesforce functional testing and validate CRM workflows.

- Conduct API testing using Postman, SoapUI, and Swagger.

- Write and execute SQL queries for backend data validation and reconciliation.

- Validate DWH data flows, mappings, and transformations.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and perform root cause analysis.

- Log, track, and retest defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.

- Manage and maintain test data required for execution across environments.

- Create and maintain regression test suites.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.

- Provide testing inputs for automation opportunities and support automation initiatives.

- Conduct peer reviews of test cases, test scripts, and testing deliverables.

- Ensure compliance with testing standards, processes,



and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 3-6 years of experience in Manual Testing, Salesforce Testing, API Testing, or Data Warehouse Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience in SQL, database testing, and data validation.

- Experience testing Salesforce CRM applications and integrations.

- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger.

- Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and ETL processes.

- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Secure methodologies.

- Familiarity with Jira for defect and test management.

- Exposure to Automotive After-Sales processes is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Self-driven professional capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within global teams.

- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
