ARole & responsibilities

- Installation of panels & commissioning of various field electrical & instrument arrangement and cable route tray work & modifications.
- Power and control cables schedule preparation, cable laying, termination, glanding supervision.
- Maintenance & troubleshooting of Motors, Power & Control Wiring checking
- Preparation of cable schedule for Electrical and instrumentation
- Development and maintenance of software logics for process interlocks using Siemens PLC S7 200, S7 300, S7 400 using Simatic Win cc and Step-7 Program.
- Power and control cables schedule preparation, cable laying, termination, glanding supervision.
- Involved in erection, commission & Maintenance of field instruments (preventive maintenance, calibration and servicing) like Transmitters, control valves, controllers.

- Providing written reports and engineering documentation as necessary.
- Maintaining high discipline and breaking adherence, coordinating with team members and managers for cross creative suggestions.
- Assuring compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
- Developing and improving instrumentation capability of workmen of this plant.
- Implementing planned preventive maintenance, condition based maintenance and breakdown maintenance by operational readiness.

Preferred candidate profile Aluminum Foil Plant Candidates will be preferred for the Position.
