Manage field collection and recovery activities, handle overdue accounts, coordinate with field teams, achieve collection targets, and ensure timely resolution of customer cases.
Required Candidate profile
1–5 years’ experience in field collections/recovery. Solid communication, negotiation and team-handling skills. BFSI/finance experience preferred.
