Role & responsibilities

- To monitor and control of warehouse activities like receipts, storage, labelling, issuance, dispatch & transfer of Raw, Packing, Miscellaneous and Finished goods materials as per SOP.
- Perform and check related entries in SAP and Barcode system.
- Co-ordination with Purchase, Quality Control & QA Department for material receipt, sampling/release and labelling of materials.
- To monitor and control on submission of GST / Customs documents to the respective department.
- Perform and control on disposal of rejected/expired material, slow /non-moving, obsolete material by obtaining commercial and GST approvals.

- To review and control of warehouse records.
- Monitoring and control on inventory of materials.
- Disposal of rejected materials with co-ordination of supply chain, QC/QA, commercial and EHS department.

- Monitoring of Temperature & Relative Humidity through continuous data logging system or manual system (as applicable) and maintain record for the same.
- To monitor warehouse cleanliness and its documentation.
- To keep check on equipment calibration, maintaining the records and follow up with concern department.

- To monitor and control on stationary, miscellaneous and consumable items.
- To initiate QMS documents and to investigate the non-conformance.
- Timely Compliance for regulatory audits,



Customer audit and Internal Quality Audit.

- Handling of GMP documents like area and equipment qualifications and requalification reports, temperature mapping, periodic temperature mapping reports & perform the activities related to this documents and completion of the same in respective month.
- Issuance of controlled documents/ formats/ logbooks in Warehouse.
- Review of monthly executed warehouse documents.

- To monitor and control on preparation of delivery Challans, Raising purchase requisition, Parking of invoices in SAP.
- To give cutting-edge ideas and implementation of the same to make system, procedure and daily activities user friendly and as per cGMP.
- To update SOPs as per cGMP and cGXP practices.

- Generation of MIS reports of inventory from SAP.
- Monitoring, review and fulfill the statutory record i.e. GST, State Excise and Narcotics drugs etc.
- To adhere cGMP, GDP and safety norms in warehouse.

- To assist Department Head for various audit preparations.
- To adhere ethical conduct and Data Integrity and report, investigate data integrity related matters.
- Responsible for completion of individual and co-workers training.

Preferred candidate profile The person must have knowledge of EOU / SEZ & DGFT guidelines .
