Role & responsibilities

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting.

- Ensure RBI, statutory and NBFC regulatory compliance.

- Handle cash flow, treasury, loan disbursements and collections.

- Monitor financial risks and asset quality.

- Prepare financial statements, MIS and management reports.

- Coordinate with banks, lenders, investors and auditors.

- Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.

- Improve financial systems, processes and cost efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid accounting, regulatory and risk management knowledge.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and leadership abilities.

- Proficiency in financial software and systems.

- English proficiency is mandatory.
