Looking for an experienced Manager – Managed Services Accounting & Finance Services to join our growing team.
? Experience: 10+ years, including 5 year relevant.
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple client engagements
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, journal entries and month-end close
- Review financial statements, supporting schedules, cash flow reports and variance analysis
- Manage client communication, deliverables, priorities and escalations
- Support accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
- Coordinate with external audit and tax teams
- Identify process improvement and service-delivery opportunities
- Lead, coach and mentor accounting teams
- Work with accounting technologies and cloud-based platforms
? Key Requirements
✔ 5+ years of accounting experience with 1+ year in a managerial capacity
✔ Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting operations
✔ Experience in financial statement preparation/review and month-end close
✔ Strong GL, AP, AR and reconciliation experience
✔ Exposure to QuickBooks Online, Intacct, NetSuite or similar platforms
✔ Advanced Excel skills
✔ Strong client management and communication skills
✔ Experience managing multiple engagements, priorities and deadlines
✔ Strong team leadership and people-development skills
