Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose:

To manage the complete lifecycle of seized two-wheelers, from repossession to final disposal, ensuring maximum recovery, minimum holding period and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage two-wheeler seizure, repossession and seized-vehicle inventory across locations.
- Manage vehicle valuation, yard management and disposal planning.
- Drive disposal through auction, exchange, dealer network and direct sale.
- Develop and manage a robust network of auction agencies, dealers, exchange partners and used-vehicle buyers.
- Negotiate vehicle prices and ensure maximum realisation from seized assets.
- Monitor vehicle ageing, disposal TAT, recovery value and loss on sale.
- Identify and dispose of aged inventory on priority.
- Manage repossession,



auction and disposal vendors and monitor their performance.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals and compliance throughout the seizure-to-sale process.
- Prepare MIS covering seizure, inventory, auction, exchange, direct sales, realisation and ageing.
- Coordinate with Collections, Legal, Finance, Audit and Compliance teams.
- Lead the seizure/disposal team and achieve agreed recovery and disposal targets.
