Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, local, and international tax returns.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance.
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations, staying updated on changes.
- Manage tax audits and collaborate with auditors.
- Provide guidance to junior tax staff and assist in their professional development.
- Prepare detailed reports on the company's tax situation for senior management.
- Advise management on the impact of current tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- CA + 5 Years of experience in Taxation
- Solid knowledge of tax accounting, compliance, and laws.
- Proven experience in tax management or a related role.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.
