This is a full time onsite role for a Manager - Statutory & Tax Audit based in Mulund West. The position requires at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. The manager will lead audit teams, oversee statutory and tax audits, and ensure compliance for mid to large size clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead a team of interns, allocate tasks, and oversee audit engagements.
- Plan, execute,



and monitor statutory and tax audits ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Independently manage and execute statutory and tax audits and ITR filings for mid to large size clients.
- Review audit working papers, financial statements, and tax computations for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely completion of audits by setting deadlines and resolving bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with clients for audit requirements, address queries, and provide recommendations.

Desired Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant qualification is a must.
- Experience managing statutory and tax audits for listed entities is a must.

Desired Skills

- Strong expertise in statutory audit is a must.
- Proficiency in tax audit is a must.
- Experience with ITR filing is a must.
- Ability to manage and mentor audit teams is a must.
- Excellent client coordination and communication skills is a must.
