We are aligning Edxera (ed-tech, training programs, and institutional workforce development) and Cosysta (enterprise software engineering, SaaS solutions, and digital growth services) into a consolidated, investor-ready group.

We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Compliance Manager to lead our day-to-day financial operations, institutional compliance framework, and venture fundraising readiness. This is not a detached advisory role—you will directly build the data rooms for venture capital (VC) conversations, drive applications for startup acceleration programs and government grants, and maintain airtight statutory, legal, and corporate compliance across our combined entities.

Key Responsibilities1. Accelerator Applications, Grants & VC Due Diligence Support

- Prepare quantitative data packs, financial models, and operational dashboards required for startup accelerators (e.g., Kerala Startup Mission, T-Hub, Y Combinator, Techstars) and institutional grant programs.
- Build and manage the company’s investor Virtual Data Room (VDR)—organizing historical financials, revenue cohorts, capitalization tables, and legal records for venture capital and angel investors.
- Coordinate directly with VC investment analysts and legal teams during commercial and financial due diligence rounds.
- Monitor post-investment covenants, fund deployment schedules, and investor MIS generation.

1. Statutory, Corporate & Tax Compliance

- Ensure 100% adherence to all statutory filings: ROC filings, Annual Returns, MCA compliances, GST returns, TDS/TCS, and corporate income tax.
- Liaise with external company secretaries (CS), statutory auditors, and tax consultants to ensure audited financials are finalized without delays or qualifications.
- Maintain startup-specific compliance: DPIIT registration renewals, MSME/Udyam certificates, and government incentive schemes.




- Review standard service contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), and institutional MOUs to identify legal and financial liabilities.

1. Intercompany Consolidation & Bookkeeping

- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), and payroll across both Edxera and Cosysta operations.
- Structure clean intercompany transactions, transfer pricing records, and shared-cost accounting between the ed-tech training division and the software engineering services arm.
- Deliver monthly MIS reports with consolidated P&L;, balance sheets, and cash burn analyses.

1. Cash Flow & Unit Economics

- Maintain weekly and monthly cash-flow forecasting to monitor runway, vendor payables, and project milestone collections.
- Track service margins for tech delivery and student/cohort acquisition costs (CAC vs. LTV) for ed-tech programs.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 4–8 years of hands-on experience in financial management, corporate accounting, or financial operations, preferably within a quick-moving startup, IT services firm, or VC/incubator ecosystem.
- Education: Semi-qualified CA (Inter CA), CMA, CS, or Master’s in Finance (M.Com / MBA Finance). Qualified CA with 1–3 years post-qualification is also welcome.
- Accelerator & Diligence Exposure: Prior experience preparing financial documentation, pitch deck appendices, or VDR folders for equity fundraising or startup accelerator cohorts.
- Compliance Expertise: In-depth working knowledge of Indian corporate tax laws, GST reconciliation, MCA/ROC documentation, and Companies Act fundamentals.
- Tools & Software: Proficiency with Tally Prime / Zoho Books, advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets modeling, and cloud collaboration suites.

What We Offer Pay: ₹16,922.25 - ₹64,436.07 per month
