Job Summary:

The Manager/Senior Manager - Domestic Marketing (Regulatory BD) will be responsible for driving domestic business growth for API products while coordinating regulatory requirements to support product commercialization and market expansion. The incumbent will identify new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, assess regulatory pathways for new products, and work closely with Regulatory Affairs, R&D;, Production, and Quality teams to ensure successful market penetration.

Role & responsibilities:

Domestic Marketing & Business Development

- Develop and execute domestic marketing strategies for API products.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Prepare business forecasts, annual sales plans, and market development strategies.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and supply contracts.

Market Intelligence

- Track competitor activities, product launches, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
- Analyze market demand and forecast product potential.
- Recommend new product introductions based on market and regulatory analysis.




- Develop product positioning and market entry strategies.

Customer & Technical Support

- Manage customer audits, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Manufacturing, and R&D; teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of technical documents, CoAs, specifications, and regulatory information.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, R&D;, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
- Support commercialization of new APIs from development to market launch.
- Ensure smooth execution of orders and customer commitments.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor the domestic marketing team.
- Establish performance objectives and business targets.
- Drive a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
