Position Overview

- Experience Required: 5+ Years
- Compensation: Negotiable
- Work Location / Travel: India-headquartered with a mandate for extensive international travel (at least 3 prior documented business/professional visits to South America are strictly required).

Key Responsibilities
- Drive market reach, client onboarding, and operational coordination across South America, Central America, and Mexico.
- Cultivate and manage strong business relationships with regional partners, converters, and key stakeholders in the packaging and manufacturing ecosystem.
- Oversee order execution, supply chain tracking,



and export-import logistics efficiently by utilizing system-driven approaches.
- Act as the direct corporate bridge between regional accounts in Latin America and internal teams, ensuring clear alignment on deliveries, pricing, and service terms.
- Plan and execute routine international business trips to the target regions (South America and Mexico) to map local market opportunities and resolve operational roadblocks.

Candidate Profile & Mandatory Requirements
- Language Skills: Absolute fluency in Spanish and English (Both written and spoken are mandatory for cross-border negotiations).
- Travel Background: Must have a proven passport travel history showing at least 3 prior visits to South America for professional or business purposes.
- Technical/System Proficiency: Highly system-oriented individual with hands-on working experience in SAP and modern ERP enterprise environments.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience or background working within the Films & packaging industry (flexible films, polymers, converting, or allied substrates) will be considered a distinct and preferred advantage.
- Experience Tenure: A stable qualified background encompassing around 4-5 years of relevant corporate exposure.
