Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager / Senior Manager Print Advertising Sales to drive advertising revenue for our premium print publications. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the advertising ecosystem and a proven track record in print magazine ad sales, with the ability to build long-term relationships with brands and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive advertising revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing business relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities across Travel, Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality, Lifestyle, Luxury, FMCG, Automobile, Real Estate, and other relevant sectors.
- Present and sell customized print advertising solutions aligned with client marketing objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close advertising deals.
- Collaborate with internal editorial, design, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.




- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue updates for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in Print Advertising Sales, with prior experience in Print Magazine advertising sales being mandatory.
- Candidates from Print Magazine Publishing, Lifestyle, Travel Tourism, Luxury, Aviation, Hospitality, Media, or Advertising industries will be preferred.
- Experience working with premium publications or media houses is highly desirable.
- Strong network with advertising agencies, media planners, corporate brands, and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
