? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Legal & Compliance professional with strong in-house legal experience, commercial contract management expertise, and sound knowledge of corporate and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor/customer agreements and licensing agreements
- Manage Companies Act, 2013 and corporate compliance requirements
- Support Company Secretarial (CS), board and shareholder matters
- Handle legal matters related to real estate, labour laws and employment




- Support data protection and privacy compliance including GDPR/DPDP
- Coordinate with external legal and company secretarial consultants
- Provide legal advisory support to HR, Finance, Procurement, Admin and Business teams
- Manage legal documentation, compliance trackers and risk-related activities
- Support legal requirements across international/group companies

Desired Profile

- LL.B. is mandatory; CS qualification is preferred
- 12+ years of experience in corporate/in-house legal roles
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and corporate compliance
- Valuable knowledge of Companies Act, corporate governance and statutory compliance
- Exposure to international subsidiaries and common law jurisdictions
- Knowledge of labour laws, land/real estate laws and data privacy
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
