About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital culture, audience behaviour, content trends, and social media growth, with the ability to convert ideas and trends into engaging content and impactful campaigns.

The role requires someone who can balance creativity with analytics, take ownership of social media pages, and build meaningful engagement with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
- Take ownership of social media pages and ensure consistent content planning, execution, growth, and engagement.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize creative campaigns, content ideas, and digital activations for diverse pages and audiences.
- Develop engaging and relatable memes, topical content, reels, posts, and social-first creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Stay updated with pop-culture trends, viral formats, emerging memes, internet culture, and platform trends, and identify opportunities for timely content creation.
- Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars and ensure timely execution across platforms.
- Develop and execute UGC-led content strategies, including curating and promoting UGC-based playlists and campaigns.




- Collaborate with internal teams such as Content, Design, Artist Management, Brand Solutions, and other stakeholders to develop high-impact social media content.
- Monitor social media and channel performance through relevant analytics and insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, followers, watch time, audience growth, and content performance.
- Use data and audience insights to continuously optimize content strategy and improve page/channel growth.
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with the online community through relevant, timely, and engaging interactions.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new content opportunities and best practices.
- Contribute innovative ideas for increasing organic reach, engagement, audience retention, and overall social media presence.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, content quality, and communication across all social media platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present key insights, learnings, and recommendations to management.

What We re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing, preferably within entertainment, music, media, lifestyle,



or a creative industry.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective content formats and algorithms.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, memes, pop culture, viral content, and audience behaviour.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop fresh, relevant, and platform-friendly content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media performance and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple pages, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
