"1. Planning and procurement of Consumable items, Raw Materials & Local General Purchase.
- Follow up with supplier of consumable Items.
- To review and foresee the market conditions and update the management for expected changes in supplier and price of products.
- Coordination and communication with production planning and suppliers, Issue of Purchase orders, Control of inventories and maintain min and max stock level,
- Collect the quotation and decide the PO and seek approval of the management.
- Assisting Bill clearances and coordination with Accounts department.
- Arranging debit note or credit note towards rejection or rate differences.
- Decide the daily dispatch plan with vendors, job workers,
Coordination with Quality Department for incoming raw material approval rejection, Negotiation with all suppliers/Job workers and vendors for cost saving."
