Manager / Senior Manager – Technology Program Delivery & Operations

About the Role

CareerTiQ is looking for an experienced Technology Program Delivery & Operations professional to manage the end-to-end execution of technology programs across universities and colleges.

The role requires a strong combination of technology understanding, project management, campus operations and stakeholder management .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology programs across university/college campuses.
- Coordinate with university stakeholders, trainers, mentors, students and internal CareerTiQ teams .
- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, resources, schedules and deliverables.
- Coordinate trainers and ensure smooth execution of sessions, assessments, projects and certifications.
- Track program progress, student engagement, attendance and completion.
- Identify and resolve delivery issues, risks and escalations proactively.
- Maintain project dashboards, MIS and management reports.
- Work closely with Academic,



Partnerships, Student Success, Career Services and Leadership teams.
- Ensure consistent quality and timely delivery across multiple programs/campuses.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in EdTech, technology training or higher education.
- Proven experience managing university/college technology programs .
- Strong technology skills and understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Software Development, etc.
- Solid project management skills with experience managing timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder, trainer and campus coordination skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and execution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel across India when required.

This is an execution-intensive role for someone who can understand technology, manage projects and ensure successful delivery on the ground.
