- 8-15 Years experience in SCM Process mining domain
- Collaborate with business and senior stakeholders totranslate requirements into Celonis-driven solutions.
- Understanding of business process domains such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Supply Chain
- Design and develop Celonis dashboards and analyses,leveraging Object-Centric Data Models (OCDM) to uncover inefficiencies andactionable insights.
- Develop project specific use-cases and solutions aligningwith business needs and objectives
- Strong command of SQL/PQL to create detailed data analysisto uncover process trends, anomalies, and root causes of process inefficiencies.
- In-depth understanding of Celonis features such as actionflows, ML Workbench, and other advanced capabilities including AI Kits would bepreferred
- Familiarity with ETL processes and experience in managinglarge datasets from multiple sources.
- Should be able to Assist in validation and refinement ofCelonis data models during project implementations to ensure accurate processmapping and workflow representation.
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings,trends, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support value discovery workshops to identify, define, andprioritize high-impact use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalablesolutions that provide ongoing insights for process optimization andautomation.
- Functional Engineer to design, implement, and scalehigh-impact process mining use cases.
- Strong Experience and Understanding of Process Mining Tools(Celonis Preferred) to diagnose inefficiencies, unlock value opportunities, anddevelop advanced dashboards and applications that enable data-driven digitaltransformation.
- Accountable for driving efficiency and value creation acrossthe span of operations and collaboration with Delivery Excellence and othersupport teams.
