As a Manager Public Relations (Domestic), you will be responsible for driving TAFEs PR strategy across the Indian market, strengthening brand visibility, media presence, and corporate reputation. The role involves managing media relations, executing PR campaigns, and ensuring consistent communication aligned with business objectives.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and PR agencies to deliver impactful storytelling, enhance media coverage, and manage brand perception across regions.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Execute integrated PR campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Support product launches, corporate announcements, and key initiatives with PR plans.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with national, regional, and trade media.
- Drive media outreach including press releases, interviews, and press conferences.
- Ensure consistent and positive media coverage across platforms.
- Develop press releases, media kits, leadership communication, and key messaging.
- Ensure consistency in communication across all domestic channels.
- Support content creation for external communication platforms.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment.
- Manage brand reputation proactively across markets.




- Support crisis communication with timely and effective responses.
- Manage PR agencies and ensure delivery against defined objectives.
- Coordinate closely with agencies for campaign execution and media engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
- Support leadership communication and media interactions.
- Represent the organization at industry events and forums when required.
- Track PR performance including media coverage, reach, and sentiment.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on data and feedback.

- Strong experience in Public Relations and Media Management within the Indian market.
- Established network with national and regional media.
- Proven ability to execute PR campaigns and manage media relations.
- Experience in handling corporate communication and brand messaging.
