Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for production activities of assembly line.

- Responsible for production plan to meet target.

- Responsible for Shop Safety, product quality & shop floor improvement activities.

- Manage and motivate team members, technicians & workers.

- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of Individual & group targets.

- Liaison with support (Quality, Maintenance, Stores) departments to achieve production targets

- Manpower Resource planning.

- Takes overall accountability for delivering results.

- Able to drive SQPDCME target to achieve results

- Knowledge of Vehicle Assembly Shop

- Ensuring quality & Delivery output of the assign area.

- Monitoring & Analysis line stoppage

- Knowledge of Assembly Production processes- Chassis /Trim /Testing /EOL

- Knowledge of line balancing, time study.

- Positive Understanding of basic Automobile system like Engine, Gearbox, Axle.

- Knowledge of the application of Lean tools in manufacturing

- Awareness of Assembly Process, Kaizen, 7 QC tool, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TQM, IATF.
