We are looking for a Manager – Sales to lead commercial vehicle sales, manage the sales team, develop key accounts, and drive business growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the commercial vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop new business through field sales, B2B networking, fleet customers, referrals, and market expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet owners, transporters, institutional customers, and key accounts.
- Monitor sales pipeline, enquiries, conversions, bookings, revenue, and team performance.
- Drive customer acquisition, repeat business, referrals, and territory growth.
- Handle key customer negotiations and close strategic/high-value deals.
- Guide the team on product presentations, customer requirements, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Coordinate with finance, accounts, insurance, RTO, PDI, and service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans for management.

Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma, preferably in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, Sales, or Marketing.
- 7–12 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive / B2B / Industrial Sales.
- Proven experience in sales team management, key account management, and business development.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Good understanding of commercial vehicle applications and the complete sales process.
- Strong target orientation with the ability to drive team performance and business growth.
