Position / Job TitleManager Warehouse DepartmentWarehouseReporting ToAssistant General ManagerLocationAmbernathYears of Experience12+ yrsDosage FormSolid OralJob Responsibilities / Deliverables·Oversee day-to-day operations of RM and PM for ensuring efficient receiving, storage as per regulatory requirements·Daily dispensing planning in co-ordination with Production, Packing, QC, QA and PPIC.·Lead improvement initiatives like measuring dispensing efficiency, BCT in dispensing and other activities and Inventory optimization.·Co-Ordination with SCM and PPIC for receipt and storage optimization.·Manage a team of warehouse Staff/workers, providing training and supervision to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.·Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the protected handling and storage of pharmaceutical products.·Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.·Monitor and manage warehouse budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.·Prepare and analyse data to inform decision-making and assess warehouse performance.·Generate regular reports on inventory levels, Near expiry, non-moving, retest, disposal and other key metrics·Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS)



to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy·Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and marketing, to plan and coordinate the movement of products.·Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.·Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, including negotiating contracts and pricing.·Monitor and manage the use of warehouse equipment, organizing repairs and maintenance as needed.·Ensure the warehouse layout and space utilization are optimized for efficient inventory management.Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

- Should be having 12-15 years of experience out of which at least one year in Managerial capacity.
- Having Completed Graduation/Post Graduation like B.Pharm/MSC. MBA will be preferred
- Having Experience of handling entire OSD Warehouse and should have handled a team of at least 20-30 persons.

Additional notes

- Role is expected to work in all shifts.
- Adequate verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge in USFDA, MHRA, regulated markets in OSD with acquaintance with 21CFR compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word, Excel and power point presentation.
