? Reporting To: GM – Machine Shop

? Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Machine Shop Quality Control activities.

Ensure effective implementation of IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 9001:2015,ISO14001:2015,ISO45001:2018 requirements.

Control incoming, in-process and final inspection activities.

Ensure compliance with customer drawings, specifications and quality requirements.

Lead customer complaint handling, 8D, CAPA and root-cause analysis.

Drive reduction of internal rejection, rework, scrap and customer PPM.

Ensure effective implementation of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.

Monitor process capability and critical/special characteristics.

Manage calibration and control of measuring & testing equipment.

Lead non-conforming product control and disposition.

Participate in CFT activities, internal audits, customer audits and certification audits.





Monitor departmental quality objectives, KPIs and continual improvement initiatives.

Lead and develop the Machine Shop Quality team.

? What We Are Looking For

10–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, preferably in Automotive / Auto Component / Machining industries.

Solid knowledge of CMM,Contour,CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL machining processes and dimensional inspection.

Good understanding of GD&T;, SPC, MSA and Process Capability.

Hands-on experience with Core Tools and 8D problem solving.

Experience in handling customer complaints and audits.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication and team-management skills.
