We are looking for an experienced Manager – Project Management to lead and manage power infrastructure projects from project initiation to successful completion. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in substation, transmission line and solar projects, along with excellent coordination and project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from scratch to completion, ensuring timely and quality execution.

- Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and progress tracking using MS Project (MSP).

- Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors and clients for smooth project execution.

- Manage substation and transmission line projects up to 765 kV.

- Handle project documentation, progress reports, schedules and project-related coordination.

- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders including PGCIL, NTPC and UPPTCL.

- Monitor project timelines, resources, materials and overall execution progress.

- Identify project issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and project requirements.

- Support execution of solar projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- 12–15 years of relevant experience in project management/execution.





- Strong experience in substation and transmission line projects up to 765 kV.

- Experience working with or on projects for PGCIL, NTPC and/or UPPTCL.

- Good knowledge of MS Project (MSP).

- Strong experience in coordination with design teams, vendors, contractors and clients.

- Good project planning, execution and communication skills.

- Candidates willing to work in Lucknow are preferred.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
