- This is a highly cross functional position that will enable immersive learning and opportunities for value addition by the Project Manager with highly diverse teams internally (IT, Digital marketing, Medical communications, Media and creative solutions, Business intelligence, Sales, Marketing as well as data management) for multiple projects with Industry partners that span different therapeutic areas, markets and product categories within Pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics and overall healthcare segment.
- End-to-end project management is the core - right from creating / delivering presentation and data-based solutions to industry partners (in collaboration with Sales team) to creating the project blueprint with cross functional deliberation and executing the projects successfully with SMART goals, quality outcomes, efficient and effective resource management with ownership and agility.
- KPIs may include tracking on projects’ delivery, planned revenues (with sales team),repeat business, increased yield, qualitative engagement of the industry partners as well as internal stakeholders to build a proficient, collaborative, positive and productive ecosystem.
- Co-ordination of RFQ process with operations to submit proposals to prospective projects and stakeholders will be needed.



Periodic reports and dashboards that effectively demonstrate progress, risk and achievements of the projects are expected.
- In case you are also a People manager in this function, the responsibilities will encompass all of the above along with an effective display of leadership to inspire, engage and drive the reporting professionals cohesively towards the organizational objectives and culture will be of essence.
