We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end production operations in our textile manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring productive production planning, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resources, and meeting delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control production schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Manage day-to-day operations of the embroidery unit .
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to company policies
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and quality teams for smooth workflow
- Implement cost control measures and improve production efficiency
- Handle production issues, troubleshoot problems, and minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards
- Prepare and present production reports, MIS, and performance metrics
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of textile production processes (embroidery)
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of production planning tools and reporting systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills & interpersonal skills with 6-7 years of relevant experience in textile production.
- Knowledge on Wilcom Software.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
