- Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Develop baseline schedules, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), and project timelines.
- Identify critical path activities and monitor schedule risks.
Progress Monitoring
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against baseline plans.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and progress presentations for management review.
- Conduct delay analysis and recovery planning.
Coordination
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontract teams to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
- Participate in project review meetings and planning discussions.
Resource & Cost Planning
- Assist in resource loading, manpower planning, and equipment planning.
- Support cost monitoring and productivity analysis in coordination with project controls.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly planning reports.
- Maintain look-ahead schedules (2-week / 3-week plans).
- Update project schedules and provide early warnings for potential delays.
Risk & Delay Management
- Identify potential schedule risks and mitigation plans.
- Support preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) and claim documentation when required.
Required Qualifications Education
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering
Experience
- 1012 years of experience in project planning and scheduling in high rise residential construction projects.
Technical Skills
- Solid working knowledge of:
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting)
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
