What are we looking for: We are looking for a Manager – PPC & Operations who can independently manage and build a strong backup for our E-commerce marketplace operations and paid advertising.

The primary focus of this role will be Amazon and Flipkart operations, Quick Commerce, and end-to-end PPC/Ads management.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with marketplace advertising, understand numbers and profitability, and be capable of managing day-to-day operations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Amazon & Flipkart Ads/PPC campaigns.
- Handle budgets, keywords, bids, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS and campaign performance.




- Manage complete marketplace operations – catalogue, pricing, inventory, orders, promotions and sales.
- Handle and build backup for Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce operations.
- Track marketplace sales, margins and profitability.
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales.
- International marketplace experience will be an added advantage.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce/PPC/Marketplace Operations.
- Solid hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart Ads.
- Experience in Quick Commerce is preferred.
- International Marketplace experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred: Quick Commerce and International Marketplace experience.
