Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the petrol bunk/fuel station.
- Supervise petrol pump attendants, cashiers, and other staff.
- Ensure accurate fuel dispensing and monitor daily sales.
- Check fuel stock, tank levels, and maintain proper stock records.
- Monitor UPI/card/cash transactions and reconcile collections.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the station.
- Follow fire-safety, fuel-handling, and company safety procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain positive customer service.
- Coordinate with fuel suppliers, service technicians, and management.
- Prevent fuel loss, cash shortages, pilferage, and operational irregularities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government and oil-company regulations.

Required Skills

- Staff Management: Ability to supervise and motivate employees.
- Stock Management: Ability to monitor fuel inventory and identify discrepancies.
- Customer Service: Good communication and complaint-handling skills.
- Computer Skills: MS Excel, billing, email,



and basic reporting.
- Leadership: Ability to manage shifts and make quick operational decisions.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of fire safety and fuel-handling procedures.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle equipment, customer, staff, and operational issues.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or any degree.
- Previous experience in a petrol bunk, retail outlet, fuel station, supermarket, or similar high-volume business is useful.
