About the role

You’ll own the day-to-day People Operations and Administration backbone of Kirana Club — including payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, employee onboarding, office operations, vendors, assets, and company documentation.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is organised, resourceful, and dependable. We’re looking for someone who can take an operational problem, figure out what needs to happen, coordinate across people and vendors, and close it without constant follow-up.

What you’ll do

- Own employee operations, including onboarding/offboarding, leaves, payroll changes, reimbursements, and employee documentation.
- Run office administration and vendor management, including facilities, procurement, repairs, supplies, and other day-to-day requirements.
- Own company asset management, including laptop procurement, allocation, repairs, inventory, and recovery.
- Maintain important company, employee, vendor, and compliance documentation, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate with Finance,



Legal, banks, CA/CS, and external vendors for documentation, filings, KYC, signatures, and other operational requirements.
- Support the founders with meeting scheduling, documentation, and coordination when required.

What we’re looking for

- 4–7 years of experience across People Ops, HR Ops, Administration, or Business Operations, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong ownership and follow-through — you don’t stop at “the vendor hasn’t responded.”
- Street-smart and resourceful, with the ability to figure things out without a detailed playbook.
- Highly organised and diligent, with solid attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills, and comfort working across employees, founders, and external partners.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee and company information.
