Role Description The Manager Operations role at Ocean Finvest is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Manager

Operations will oversee day-to-day operational activities across advisory, investment, and client service functions, ensuring smooth execution of processes and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with advisory and research teams, managing workflow and documentation for client onboarding and transactions, and monitoring operational efficiency and risk controls. The role involves optimizing systems and procedures,



maintaining accurate records and reporting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational reliability.

The Manager

Operations will also contribute to cross-functional collaboration, staff coordination, and implementation of best practices aligned with the firm’s ethical and client-centric culture.

Qualifications

- Operational management and process improvement skills, including experience in workflow design, documentation control, and performance monitoring.
- Strong compliance, risk management, and regulatory understanding, ideally within financial services or wealth management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of financial or CRM systems to track activities and outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with advisory, research, and client service teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications in operations or finance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in operations within an investment advisory, wealth management, or financial services organization is strongly preferred.
