Lead the development and application of oleochemical-based products for Home Care, Personal Care, and Specialty Chemical segments. Drive recent product development (NPD), customer technical support, formulation optimization, and market-driven innovation to expand the company's product portfolio and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Innovation

- Develop new oleochemical-based products and formulations for Home Care, Personal Care, and Specialty Chemical applications.
- Identify market trends and customer requirements to drive innovation.
- Conduct formulation development, benchmarking, and performance evaluation.
- Work on fat-based derivatives, fatty acids, glycerin, esters, surfactants, and specialty oleochemicals.

Application Development

- Develop application solutions for detergents, soaps, shampoos, body wash, skincare, cosmetics, and industrial products.
- Optimize formulations for performance, cost, and sustainability.
- Conduct lab trials, pilot trials, and commercial-scale validations.

Technical Service & Customer Support

- Provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
- Troubleshoot formulation and application-related issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations and application training programs.

Market & Business Development





- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Support product positioning and commercialization strategies.

Quality & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure products comply with applicable regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Support product documentation, technical datasheets, and product approvals.
- Coordinate with quality, production, procurement, and R&D; teams.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Oils & Fats Technology, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- M.Tech / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Oleochemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field preferred.

Experience Required

- 8-15 years of experience in Oleochemicals, Home Care, Personal Care, Specialty Chemicals, or FMCG ingredients industry.
- Proven experience in product formulation, application development, and new product commercialization.
- Experience working with fatty acids, glycerin, surfactants, esters, specialty lipids, or related oleochemical products.
- Strong technical understanding of customer applications and industry requirements.
