Position: Operations Manager

Experience Required: 5–10 years in Facility Management / Integrated Facility Services

Location: Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore

Reporting To: Managing director

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Purpose To manage day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites, ensuring service delivery, compliance, client satisfaction, and team performance meet organizational and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee soft services (housekeeping, pantry, front office) and/or hard services (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) at client sites, as applicable
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and statutory compliance across all locations
- Manage site staff including manpower planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with clients to address escalations, service requests, and periodic reviews
- Monitor budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement for facility-related expenses
- Conduct regular site audits and ensure safety, health, and environment (SHE) standards are followed
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reviews for management




- Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new sites/contracts and manpower deployment
- Liaise with internal HR, finance, and procurement teams for site-level support

Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust knowledge of facility management operations (hard/soft services)
- Team handling and people management skills
- Client relationship management
- Working knowledge of statutory compliance (labour laws, safety norms)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualification Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preferred: Facility Management, Business Administration, or Engineering)

Experience

5–10 years in facility management, operations, or related service industry.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
