We are looking for a Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the hospital/facility during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations and coordinate with various departments.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and a high standard of patient experience.
- Address patient/attendant concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, front office, housekeeping, security, and support teams.
- Handle emergencies and escalate critical issues to senior management.
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.
- Maintain shift reports and ensure proper handover of important issues.
- Support quality, safety, and operational improvement initiatives.
Requirements: MBA/MHA with 2–3 years of relevant experience in hospital administration/healthcare operations. Robust communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Night Shift.
