Full Time – Days The manager is accountable and responsible 24 hours a day for managing and demonstrating leadership skills in the systems management of practice and/or operations issues. These activities should ensure appropriate outcomes and productive, effective team processes guiding activities of the area including, but not limited to, the staff, environment, and patients.

Responsibilities

- Provides essential management functions to assure effective day-to-day operations.

- Facilitates the development and implementation of team processes.

- Mentors staff through performance feedback processes.

Qualifications

Education

- Required: Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Graduate of an accredited program

- Preferred: Master’s Degree

Experience

- Four (4) years in the specified clinical area or specified operational experience

Licensure

- Mississippi Nursing License, or Compact Accepted

Skills

- Good written communication skills

- Team building skills with accountability to those team
