Spectral Consultants is Hiring for one of the leading advisory and accounting firm for Not For Profit (Accounting and Finance Services) role.

Role : NFP Accounting & Finance Services

? Location: Bangalore

? Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting service delivery across multiple Not-for-Profit (NFP) client engagements , ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery.

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, General Ledger and month-end close activities.

• Review and approve complex financial statements and client deliverables , including multi-entity and NFP-specific reporting.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients , resolving accounting and operational issues proactively.

- Manage engagement timelines, resource allocation, priorities and client expectations across multiple engagements.

• Lead, mentor and develop Associates and Seniors through coaching and performance feedback.





- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen controls and enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality guidelines .

- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex matters and promote accounting best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting / Finance / Client Accounting Services

• Strong understanding of US Accounting, financial reporting and month-end close

- Experience managing teams and multiple client engagements
- Robust client management and communication skills
- Experience with any of the following accounting tools: Sage Intacct, Bill.com or QuickBooks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
