Manager – Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Gurugram | Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 6–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and drive hiring mandates across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of non-IT recruiters.
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for clients.
- Handle entry, senior/mid-level hiring across BFSI, Healthcare, BPO/KPO, Manufacturing, Real estate & other non-IT sectors .
- Drive sourcing strategy, market mapping and talent intelligence.
- Monitor team productivity, TAT, closures and recruitment KPIs.
- Build robust client relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
- Identify process improvements and leverage recruitment technology/AI tools.

What We’re Looking For





- 6+ years of recruitment experience with strong non-IT hiring exposure.
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams.
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of sourcing, market mapping and recruitment metrics.
- Target-driven, hands-on and strong people leadership skills.
