Role Summary: The Sales Manager Packaging Division will drive business development and revenue growth for Mutual Industries BubbleGuard protective packaging product lines. The role requires a hands-on B2B sales professional who can generate leads, convert OEM and trade accounts, manage quotations, and work closely with production and engineering to ensure successful deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities across FMCG, food packaging, industrial packaging and other verticals.

- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical / commercial discussions, negotiations, quotations and order closure.

- Prepare accurate quotations, costing inputs and commercial proposals in coordination with Engineering, Tooling, and Production.

- Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, packaging buyers, procurement teams and OEM contacts.

- Coordinate internally with production planning, tooling and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and specifications adherence.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report pipeline status to the Head of Sales.

- Maintain CRM entries,



follow-up logs and prepare MIS reports for senior management.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies.

- Support product launches, sample approvals and customer audits as required.

Required Experience & Skills

- Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales — preferably in BubbleGuard, plastics, or related industrial products.

- Proven track record of acquiring and servicing industrial or packaging accounts (OEMs, converters, FMCG packagers).

- Strong technical aptitude to understand polymer processes, tooling constraints and functional performance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality and logistics).

- CRM experience (experience with MS Excel, basic ERP or CRM tools preferred).

- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region for customer meetings and plant audits.Role & responsibilities
