Job Purpose

- Provide medical and scientific leadership for the defined therapy area.
- Develop and execute evidence-based medical strategies, scientific engagement, and medical education.
- Lead and manage clinical research activities to generate robust scientific evidence
- Build cross-functional and external stakeholder partnerships to support optimal patient care and ensure compliance.

Main Accountabilities [Please detail the main accountabilities, tasks and duties etc.]

1. Medical Strategy, governance compliance

- Support development and execution of Medical Affairs strategy for the defined Therapy portfolio.
- Provide scientific and medical input into portfolio strategy, product launches, lifecycle management, and identification of unmet medical needs.
- Ensure Medical Affairs activities are conducted in accordance with applicable local regulations, industry codes, and company policies/SOPs.

1. KOL Scientific Engagement

- Build and maintain scientific partnerships with KOLs/ clinicians and relevant qualified societies.
- Facilitate HCPs meetings, scientific initiatives, and evidence-based scientific exchange.
- Represent Medical Affairs at relevant scientific forums, conferences, and congresses.

1. Medical Education Scientific Communication





- Develop and deliver evidence-based medical education programs for HCPs and scientific capability-building initiatives for internal stakeholders.
- Develop, review, and communicate scientifically accurate educational/promotional materials, presentations, and medical content.
- Provide accurate, balanced, and evidence-based responses to medical and scientific inquiries.

1. Evidence Generation

- Support clinical studies and other medical evidence-generation initiatives.
- Identify evidence gaps and opportunities for local data generation relevant to clinical practice.
- Support scientific publications, abstracts, posters, and appropriate dissemination of evidence.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Provide medical and scientific expertise to Marketing, Regulatory and other relevant functions.
- Support product launches and strategic therapy area initiatives

Experience and Qualifications [Please detail any experience and qualification relevant for the job]

- MBBS/ MD or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- 1-2 years of Medical Affairs experience in healthcare/ pharmaceuticals
- Exposure to clinical research, medical education, or scientific communications preferred.
