We are looking for an experienced Manager – Mechanical with robust experience in mechanical maintenance and engineering within the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead mechanical maintenance activities across the chemical plant.
- Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle rotating and static equipment including pumps, compressors, reactors, agitators, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and piping.
- Ensure equipment reliability, plant availability, and smooth production.
- Lead shutdown, turnaround, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance teams,



contractors, spares, and resources.
- Coordinate with Production, Projects, EHS, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, statutory requirements, and maintenance procedures.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
