Responsibility & Authority:

- Verify skill matrix &training; needs for their subordinates.
- Evaluate the training effectiveness and give feedback to HR.
- Prepare and monitor annual preventive maintenance plan.
- Monitor breakdown percentage & prepare action plan.
- Monitor stock of critical spares & inform purchase accordingly.
- Report management timely of critical issues & major Concerns.
- To monitor breakdown percentage, MTTR, MTBF.
- Monitor Departmental KPI & prepare Action Plan.
- To stop production on the machines in case of breakdown.
- Participate in CFT meeting in Development & Customer Complaints.
- Maintain different electrical installation as HT and LT section, DG set, HT and LT breaker.
- Maintain Utility equipment’s like Compressor, Chillers, AC system, Ammonia system, LPG system, Nitrogen system for plant etc.
- Maintain and Monitor Alarm systems on the furnace. Act on any non-conformance.
- POKAYOKE verification.
- Collect data è analyse it è propose action to improve.
- Take corrective action if TUS and SAT are out of control.

Educational Qualification: BE or DME (Mech) / 10- 15 Yrs Exp.in mechanical industry

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Skills:

- Machine knowledge,



identifying machine defects & resolving issues, sound communication skills, decision making,
- Verify Skill matrix & training for their sub-Ordinator’s, Evaluate the training effectiveness, Prepare & Monitor Annual Preventive maintenance plan, Departmental KPI, stock of critical spares, break down percentage & prepare Action Plan, MTTR, MTBF, Participate in CFT meeting in Development & Customer Complaints.
